December 1st, 2015: Snow Software, the world’s largest and fastest-growing dedicated developer of both on-premise and hosted Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, today proudly announced that it has been recognized as the ITAM Tool Provider of the Year for 2015 at the ITAM Review Excellence Awards.
The award recognized ‘excellent tools and technology providers’ in the IT Asset Management space globally. Snow was one of eight technology vendors shortlisted for the award.
According to Martin Thompson, Owner and Founder of ITAM Review publishers, Enterprise Opinions: “The Tool Provider of the year award was calculated using Net Promoter scores from our sister site Tools Advisor. Snow scored the highest customer satisfaction ratings for SAM tools in our industry.”
Snow Software CEO, Axel Kling, commented: “We are very excited to have won the award and I see it as a validation of our approach of combining a strong investment in developing new solutions, doubling the size of our customer-facing staff in the last year and also ensuring that we have local support centers in all major regions.”
Since the start of 2015, Snow has made two major technology acquisitions and has added a wealth of new capabilities to its SAM platform, including native mobile inventory and license management, plus an advanced automation platform to streamline SAM-related workflows (such as software re-harvesting) and integrations.
