Use the Power of AI With Your Snow Data
AI’s impact on productivity is undeniable, particularly in IT asset management (ITAM), which stands to gain immensely from integrating AI-enabled tools.
To harness this potential, we introduce Snow Copilot, our latest beta release for Snow Atlas customers. When you ask it a question, this Gen AI-powered assistant rapidly draws and delivers data from both the SAM core on Snow Atlas and highly secure and encrypted Microsoft® Azure® OpenAI Services.

Snow Docs 2.0
We are excited to share with you that we have launched a new, updated Snow Docs site. Building on more modern technology, our new site will allow us the flexibility to add more features and work with, for example, generative AI going forward. Currently, the site contains only content related to Snow Atlas, but we will transfer all of our content from the old documentation site to the new one soon. Have feedback for us? Don’t forget there’s a feedback link on the site (in the lower right corner of every page).
SaaS Product Family Capabilities
Expand to Adobe Creative Cloud
Snow SaaS Management now offers a filter for related products within Adobe’s family of applications and subscriptions (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc).
IT/ITAM managers can quickly access Insights and see charts with application and subscription KPIs such as unassigned or over assigned, usage and costs, active, inactive, or have no activity. They can zoom in usage at a user level or zoom out for an overall view.
IT, finance, and procurement managers can make faster, better decisions around costs, app rationalization and vendor negotiation.
AI Augments Application Details
in Snow SaaS Management
We are actively embracing the latest AI capabilities to solve tasks that are tedious and enormously time-consuming. In our latest release, AI constantly and consistently augments our SaaS applications details with an accurate name, categorization and description to always stay current. These constant updates will improve the insights and rationalization recommendations for cost optimization.
