We’re excited to announce the new Snow Partner Program, which will officially launch in January 2021.

The new partner program puts customer success front and center. Our top priority is to ensure customers realize value throughout their entire journey with Snow. Especially now, as organizations face new challenges with supporting remote work alongside shifting budgets and increasing cloud costs, it is critical that both Snow and our partners can help customers navigate this uncertainty. Industry-leading standards for customer satisfaction and success planning are woven throughout the new program to ensure we are jointly delivering the right outcomes.
Partners are an extension of our team, and that means we take a unified approach to the sales process. Enhanced benefits include new co-branding, co-marketing and market development opportunities, as well as special pricing and incentives. Ultimately our goal is to increase partner profitability, enabling everyone to scale up together. We are also committed to empowering our partners to leverage Snow’s entire Technology Intelligence Platform to reach a wider audience and provide more advanced solutions to current customers. New training and consulting support will be rolled out with the program launch.

We’re making it easier than ever for partners of all sizes to do business with us. To accommodate a wide range of partners at different stages, we will offer three new partnership levels: Certified, Expert and Elite
- Certified Partners are often just starting on their Snow journey and in the process of building a joint business strategy, or they may be boutique firms and independent consultants. This level provides flexibility for specialization and future growth.
- Expert Partners have demonstrated deep experience software asset or cloud management as well as strong collaboration with Snow. At this level, partners receive more go-to-market support, co-marketing materials, hands-on enablement and customer success resources.
- Elite Partners are market leaders and innovators that can support Snow’s full suite of products. They are committed to changing the way organizations think about their technology investments, helping customers develop technology intelligence across their entire IT ecosystem. Elite Partners receive similar benefits as Expert Partners, but with enhanced investments to support their broader scope.
