Vishal Rao is the President & CEO of Snow Software. A veteran enterprise technology leader with a successful track record of driving company growth, Rao joined Snow in 2016 as a member of the Board of Directors. He took on an operational role as President & COO of Snow in 2018 and was appointed to President & CEO in 2019. Under his guidance, the company crossed the $100 million annual recurring revenue mark and launched its expanded vision to further accelerate growth. Prior to Snow, he was the SVP of Field Operations at Cloudera (NYSE: CLDR) and the VP of Worldwide Field Sales at Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK), both of which realized material revenue milestones and successful IPOs during his tenure. Rao has also held senior sales and leadership positions at BMC and IBM. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at WorkFusion, a top provider of Intelligent Automation software, and Anodot, the autonomous business monitoring company. Rao earned a B.B.A. in International Business & Marketing from Richmond, The American International University in London.



James Denena is the Chief Financial Officer at Snow. As CFO, Denena oversees the global finance, accounting and treasury operations of the company. Prior to joining Snow, Denena was the VP of Finance & Corporate Development for PROS (NYSE: PRO), an AI-based cloud software company with customers in more than 55 countries. He also served more than a decade at Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT) in various senior finance, business development, and M&A roles. During his career, Denena has led multiple equity capital raises and completed more than 20 M&A and capital formation transactions.



David Pieterse is the Chief Revenue Officer at Snow, where he’s responsible for overseeing all revenue functions including Sales, Partners, Sales Operations, Global Field Readiness and Best Practices, and Renewals. Prior to joining Snow, he served as Senior Vice President of global revenue at Kong Inc. Pieterse brings more than 20 years of experience as a global software sales leader to Snow and has worked for market-leading software organizations across three continents, including Cloudera and Hewlett Packard.



Sanjay Castelino is the Chief Product and Customer Officer at Snow, where he’s responsible for overseeing Snow’s complete product and customer lifecycle from strategy and development to customer experience and value realization. Prior to Snow, Castelino was the Vice President of Marketing and Revenue Operations at Spiceworks (NASDAQ: ZD) and has held product and marketing leadership roles at SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI), NetStreams and Motive (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent). Castelino serves as a member on the Board of Directors for SellersShield, the leader in risk-management and software solutions for the real estate industry. 



Paula Darvell is the Chief Marketing Officer at Snow, where she is responsible for overseeing worldwide marketing efforts, with an emphasis on customer-centric growth. She is an enterprise technology veteran with more than 30 years of marketing experience. Prior to joining Snow, Darvell served as the Vice President of EMEA Marketing for Apptio, where she led demand generation, category creation and new market expansion initiatives, along with building customer and partner engagement across the region. She has also held various marketing leadership roles at IBM (NYSE: IBM), FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Unisys (NYSE: UIS). Darvell has a B.A. Joint Honors in English & American Studies from the University of Nottingham and a Diploma of Marketing from City of London Polytechnic.



Alastair Pooley is the Chief Information Officer at Snow, where he is responsible for global IT strategy and implementation. Before joining Snow, Pooley served as a Global VP of Infrastructure & Cloud Services at Sophos (LSE: SOPH) where he was instrumental in the development of Sophos Cloud and delivered services to 3000 employees and 100 million endpoint users. Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years working with Star Technology (acquired by Claranet) and MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec). He has presented at national and international conferences and maintains currency in industry-leading technical/security qualifications including AWS, Linux Professional Institute and ISC(2). He gained a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick and was awarded an MBA from Cranfield University. 



Stephen Tait is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research & Development at Snow Software, where he is responsible for technology strategy, process, design and product development across the Snow portfolio of products. Prior to Snow, Tait built and led large, internationally diverse product engineering teams for companies such as Capita (LON: CPI), BAE Systems (LON: BA) and Calyx, delivering mission critical systems to global enterprises and government agencies. Tait has driven technology strategy through significant periods of change, steering heavily regulated industries through the adoption of Agile practices and the delivery of cloud-native Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.



Becky Trevino is the Executive Vice President of Products at Snow, where she is responsible for bringing together the Product Management and UX functions with Product Marketing and Operations. In her previous role as Vice President of Product Marketing and Operations, Trevino helped Snow retain its lead in the Gartner Magic Quadrant two years in a row, led the development of our Technology Intelligence packaging and pricing model and Snow Atlas program into market, and built the Market Intelligence and Product Operations teams from the ground up. Prior to Snow, she led a variety of functions at cloud computing leader Rackspace including leading the Customer Success organization supporting over 40K customers on public cloud and creating a new category in the public cloud market – cloud-enabled managed services. An engineer by training, Trevino started her career in Engineering Operations at Dell. She holds an MS in Industrial & Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.



Lizzie Burton is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of People & Culture at Snow Software. She is responsible for developing and overseeing Snow’s global people strategy, cultivating and enhancing employee experience, and enabling the retention and recruitment of top talent. Burton joined Snow in 2019 where she has overseen critical initiatives including the development of a global HR and business operating model, design and launch of new global performance management platform and tools, people data-driven dashboards and programs to increase engagement and retention. Prior to Snow, she served in senior HR and operational leadership roles at global and regional organizations including Vodafone Group (NASDAQ: VOD), Qantas Airways Limited (OTCMKTS: QABSY), Television New Zealand Ltd and Ansett New Zealand. Burton studied at Massey University in New Zealand.



Jay Litkey serves as the Executive Vice President of Cloud Management at Snow where he is responsible for creating, driving and executing Snow’s Cloud Management strategy across the global organization. He is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of executive leadership within cloud, virtualization, autonomic computing, systems management and Internet software companies. Litkey was previously Founder and President of Embotics, the hybrid cloud management leader, which was acquired by Snow in December 2019. Prior to Embotics, he was the founding CEO of Symbium (acquired in March 2006), an enterprise solution company focused on managing, automating and securing IT infrastructure and virtualization environments. Litkey was also founding CEO of (a forerunner to YouTube) after starting his career at Nortel as a software designer. He is also a minor hockey coach, yoga practitioner and golf hack. 



Joe Gonyea is the General Counsel for Snow Software. He has over 15 years experience in complex legal matters, including M&A, debt and equity financing, data privacy, technology transactions, and litigation and dispute resolution. Gonyea joined Snow in 2018 as Deputy General Counsel and helped guide the company through several milestones, including its acquisition of Embotics Corporation. He also serves as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law Houston, where he teaches trial litigation courses and seminars. Prior to Snow, Gonyea served as corporate counsel for Upland Software (NASDAQ: UPLD) and managed a private law practice, where he represented individuals and business across a variety of practice areas, including regulatory and corporate governance matters, securities, jury trials in the United States Federal District Courts, and presenting arguments and obtaining opinions of significance in the United States Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. He holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston.
