Snow storms hit Mexico and Australia as SAM adoption accelerates

March 3, 2015: Snow Software, the leading developer of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions that enable organizations to optimize their software licensing and costs, today announced new regional sales offices in Sydney, Australia and Mexico City, Mexico. The office openings bring the total number of Snow locations worldwide to 15.

Axel Kling, CEO of Snow Software, commented on the company’s continued expansion: “We are seeing rapid growth in the demand for SAM solutions in a number of markets, most notably Latin America and Asia Pacific. Complementing our existing operations in Sao Paulo and Hong Kong with these two new regional sales offices will help us better engage with and support customers across these regions.“

With analysts predicting continued strong growth in the adoption of SAM and software license optimization technologies and services, Snow has aggressive plans for further expansion in 2015: “Our philosophy has always been that you can best serve customers when you have the right sales and technical staff in the local region. That’s why we are expecting to open a further three or four sales and support offices in growth markets in the coming months,” explained Kling.

Snow Software recently took top honors in a SAM solutions customer survey conducted by industry analysts, The ITAM Review, with more customers likely to recommend its products than any other SAM vendor.
