About Liz Burton
Liz Burton is the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Snow Software. She is responsible for developing and overseeing Snow’s global people strategy, cultivating and enhancing employee experience, and enabling the retention and recruitment of top talent. Burton has overseen critical initiatives for Snow including the development of a global HR and business operating model, design and launch of new global performance management platform and tools, people data-driven dashboards and programs to increase engagement and retention. Prior to Snow, she served in senior HR and operational leadership roles at global and regional organizations including Vodafone Group (NASDAQ: VOD), Qantas Airways Limited (OTCMKTS: QABSY), Television New Zealand Ltd and Ansett New Zealand.
