This one day classroom based course will give you the opportunity to assess a typical Snow License Manager installation. Through a combination of presentation, interactive discussion and practical assignments you will gain an understanding of troubleshooting techniques from the installation of a Snow Inventory Client for Windows and the processes from collection, transmission, processing and reviewing/reporting inventory data. On completing this course you will also be able to understand how to successfully configure and manage your Snow License Manager installation by setting up effective Users, Roles and Organisational Units as well as other essential functions. You will work with the Snow License Manager Web UI, the Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC) as well as the Snow Integration Manager and the Snow Inventory Client for Windows.
