As well as gyms and hospitals, Nuffield Health’s broad health and wellbeing services also include health assessments, nutritional therapy, occupational health, diagnostics and physiotherapy, of which Nuffield Health have the largest network of physiotherapists outside of the NHS.

What were the key pains & how does Snow help address them?

“We had a partial roll-out of a competitor’s product which did not cover the full estate and was using an out of date version.  As such, when I was asked by our Audit Committee to review our software licence compliance position, I needed a solution that I was able to roll out quickly and get accurate information as soon as possible.  We also have an overly-complex request process at present, which I am looking to resolve with the aid of the Snow Automation Portal, providing our staff with a 'one-stop shop' for all IT requests.”
