Stephen Tait is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research & Development at Snow Software, where he is responsible for technology strategy, process, design and product development across the Snow portfolio of products. Prior to Snow, Tait built and led large, internationally diverse product engineering teams for companies such as Capita (LON: CPI), BAE Systems (LON: BA) and Calyx, delivering mission critical systems to global enterprises and government agencies. Tait has driven technology strategy through significant periods of change, steering heavily regulated industries through the adoption of Agile practices and the delivery of cloud-native Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
